Final Destination 5
★★★This film is by far the most gory of all the Final Destination's. The writers sure thought of a lot of new ways for people to die and it wasn't predictable at all which was good, quite the opposite in fact. A good film to see with friends - a few people may have to divert their eyes at some points but at least the film has a very suprising twist at the end... so yes, go and see it!
The King's Speech
★★★★Although i know nothing - and i mean nothing about history this film is a pretty good watch, as well as mildly educating. Colin Firth is excellent at pretending to stutter and no one could beat Helena Bonham Carter as the Queen Mum. The film is very deep and really (in my opinion) is not a film to watch over and over again, it needs quite a bit of concentration. Overall its really quite good, the only down side all through the movie, all i could imagine was Geoffrey Rush as Captain Barbossa. Arrrr.
Burlesque
★★★★★For anyone who loved Chicago, Moulin Rouge or Coyote Ugly - This film is amazing! Both Cher and Christina Aguilera sing some fabulous songs and Cher's "Haven't Seen The Last Of Me" sure is one to listen to when your having a down day.
In this wonderful film Christina basically goes to Hollywood wanting to dance, Cher (the owner of the Burlesque club) finds out she can sing and BAM, shes a hit. She even helps to save Cher from losing her club and then gets it on with the hot guy she originally thinks is gay. What else could we possibly need??
